In the age of digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role in optimizing processes and creating new opportunities for universities. The Coffee Lecture (in German) provides an overview of current AI applications at the University IT Center. The discussion covers essential tools and technologies such as translation systems and chatbots that facilitate intercultural and interdisciplinary exchange. Practical examples from the HS-ITZ, such as Ollama, OpenWebUI, and MoKITUL, illustrate how AI can enrich not only technical processes but also the learning experiences of students.
