InspireSphere© – Get Inspired. Get Connected.

Are you an international student in Thuringia and would like to know how to shape your career in Germany?

Then InspireSphere is just right for you!

What is InspireSphere?

InspireSphere is an open exchange format that brings international students together with inspiring personalities from business, science, politics, and civil society – in a relaxed atmosphere, with honest insights and lots of motivation.

This time with a very special guest:

Anoop Vadakke Purayathe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut. Before coming to Germany, he gained several years of professional experience working on high-level engineering projects, including the development of defence equipment and contributing to the construction of India’s first indigenous aircraft carrier (INS Vikrant).

In 2019, he moved to Germany to pursue a Master’s degree in Scientific Instrumentation, which he completed with top academic performance. During his studies, he was awarded the prestigious Deutschlandstipendium (Carl Zeiss Foundation) and gained practical experience through internships, his master’s thesis, and a working student position in Thuringia.

Today, he works as a Design Engineer at mi2-factory GmbH in Jena, where he is involved in the development of advanced technologies for industrial applications.

What can you expect?

  • A candid interview about his career path, challenges & learnings
  • Practical tips & strategies for building your career and network in Germany
  • Honest insights into entering the German job market as an international graduate
